Two independently controlled heat zones give precise, even heat across the whole plate. Built-in unit; an AIJ-30-01 insulated jacket is required in combustible islands.
- Cooking surface: 3/8" solid steel griddle plate, dual-zone thermostatically controlled
- Ignition: 110V electronic ignition with precision knob lighting
- Cover: Stainless steel cover for protection from wind and elements
- Construction: All commercial stainless steel with heli-arc welded seams
- Fuel: Natural gas or propane (select above)
- Finish: Stainless steel, 12 standard RAL colors (matte or gloss), or custom RAL color
